As the days get colder, it’s expected that your energy bill will increase when it’s time to turn on the heat. If you notice a large decrease in energy efficiency, your HVAC system could be the cause. This might mean that something is not working properly with your residential HVAC system, causing it to work extra hard to heat or cool your home.
